With a collection of hand-fed and automatic hot foil printing presses, and a wealth of experience in this intricate process, collaborate with Avenue Litho across all scales of foil printing projects.
Foil printing: a magnesium or brass ‘die’ is etched from the bespoke artwork before being carefully positioned by-hand to the press. Each card is fed through the press one-by-one using heat and pressure to apply the foil. Foil is vegan-friendly and the sheets are so thin that they dissipate within the re-pulping process so can be recycled along with the card itself.
